3. Event Tickets & Attendance

All ticket sales are final. 969 reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual. Attendees must comply with all venue rules and applicable laws. We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive space — any harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal with no refund.

4. Safe Space Policy

969 events are intended to be a safe space for all people regardless of gender, sexuality, race, or background. We have zero tolerance for hate speech, harassment, or violence of any kind. This is a queer-affirming space.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and imagery — is the property of 969 and may not be reproduced without written permission. Event flyers and visual assets are created by 969 and its collaborators.

6. Photography & Media

By attending a 969 event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our media team at the event.

7. Limitation of Liability

969 is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred at our events beyond what is required by law. Attend at your own risk.
